As a dancer, the learning, the education, the adventure never stops. The music and the dance is constantly evolving. There is always something new to recieve. The heart, atleast mine, always wants to grow and learn. Not only am I a dancer, a teacher, I am always first- a student.

I have to feed the heart when it is hungry. I am immersing myself in all the things and nurturing my creative heart.

There was a time when I ignored or was too busy to answer these calls. My artistic soul was dry and dying, but my heart was still beating and calling me home. I am very thankful that I have learned to slow down and listen to myself. I am healthier and happier.
